He was a relationship manager at Keystone bank and was part of the team that led and negotiated some of the business transactions that contributed to the growth of the financial institution.

Kamsi was the pioneer Managing Director of Fazo Group in 2017, responsible for the operational setup, oversight, negotiations, and business development of the firm.

In 2020, he started the Transalliance Group where he oversees stakeholder meetings, develops strategic relationships, disseminates information, and directs the Group’s path. Transalliance Group consists of Transalliance Capital, Fazo Travel and Hospitality Services, Transalliance Energy, Mondu Inc, Alliance Pay, and Transalliance Minerals.

He firmly believes that human resources are the most valuable asset of the Group. The Group always cares for the development of its employees. In addition to on-the-job training, the Group also encourages employees to continue learning. Furthermore, the Group actively promotes occupational safety and cares for the health of its employees.

He is a graduate of Accounting from Benson Idahosa University, Benin City, Edo State and holds a Diploma in Web engineering and Graphics Design from the London School of Computer Education, London, United Kingdom.

Mayowa Igunbor is the Chief People and Communications Officer at TransAlliance Group. She is a seasoned Human Resources Professional with experience in organizational change, talent management, stakeholder engagement, policy formulation and implementation.

With about two decades experience in the financial services industry, Mayowa has carved a niche for herself in the Human Resource Management space. She holds certifications from the Human Resource Certification Institute (PHRi) and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management

Mayowa was HR Consultant at Pan African Capital Holding Limited. She went on to work as Business Analyst at Franoft Consulting. As a business analyst, she was involved in business process re-engineering, requirement elicitation and several projects for customers across different business sectors. She  has attended several local and international HR training courses and seminars.

As the Chief People and Communications Officer at TransAlliance Group, she leads Human resource transformation by developing and retaining exceptional Talent. She is also saddled with Brand and communication management and partnering with stakeholders to transform the TransAlliance into a world class organization.

She is a graduate of Geology from the University of Benin and holds a Masters in Managerial Psychology (MMP) from the University of Lagos.

Obodozie Afam was formerly the Group Executive Director, Business Development & Strategy and now the Chief Strategy | Research & Innovations Officer at TransAlliance Group.

Afam has over a decade of experience in Business Development, Strategy and Innovative thinking through his work in organizations like Jumia Nigeria, Sujimoto, CeLD and Household Max (HHM). He has also consulted for businesses such as STERN Projects, Adiba, VC Premium Limited.

Experiences such as these has provided him with the ability to understand peculiar challenges and opportunities that exist in business, and has also equipped him with the skills required to drive growth and success in any business.

As the Chief Strategy | Research & Innovations Officer at TransAlliance Group Nigeria, Afam is spear heading the growth and expansion of TransAlliance through data driven initiatives, critical thinking and strategic partnerships.

He is also saddled with the responsibility of providing support to the team, conducting research reviews and is at the forefront in the creation and execution of expansion plans, partnerships and policies within the organization.

Olufemi OJO   the Group Chief Risk and Internal Control Officer is an accomplished Governance, Risk and Compliance Professional (GRCP), a CERTIFIED RISK MANAGER (CRM) and a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) Certified Lead Implementer, ISO23301. His over two decades of multi-disciplinary professional working experience cut across fields such as Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control, Business Continuity Management, Capital Market, Banking, Venture Capital, Environmental Sustainability and Process Engineering.

He has grown his professional career over the years working with SMEs, listed Financial Institutions on the NSE and international organisations within the global space.

Olufemi is a subject expert in Risk Management and Internal Control, he is saddled with the responsibility of managing the Enterprise Risk, moderating the global exposures and creating an effective control environment to enhance the success of the businesses of the TransAlliance Group.

Over the last 13years, Oluwafemi Adedipe has garnered a vast and expansive hands-on experience in corporate finance both in public and private sectors: functioning in senior level industry roles in accounting and audit positions in structured organizations like Scotia Bank Canada, the Central Bank of Nigeria and as a Senior Supervisor, Audit in UHY.

In her current role as Chief Financial Officer at TransAlliance, Oluwafemi meters advances in the fluid and amorphous Financial world, applying financial digital tools, to solve existential problems with cutting edge accounting, forensic audit, data based financial forecasting across all market conditions for projects and daily operations.
While maintaining excellent due diligence in discharging her leadership roles, inspiring interpersonal relations within the organization and assured public relations with industry partners.

With an excellent performance from the prestigious Trent University, Canada, she bags a Bachelors of Science- a joint major in Business Administration and Information Systems and reinforced her competences as a certified Chartered Accountant, making her a proud

Oluwafemi Adedipe is currently the Chief Financial Officer at TransAlliance, married and a happy mother of a special one.

Anthony is the Chief Treasury and Operations officer. A graduate of University of Leicester U.K and University of Ibadan Nigeria, where he bagged his MBA and BSc degrees respectively, he is an associate member of the Nigeria Institute of Management as well as committee member and key contributor in the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG). He is also a member of faculty in the prestigious Rome Business School with presence in over 120 countries globally.

His experience in the banking and finance space over two decades saw him work at Senior Management levels in Access Bank (then Diamond Bank) and Keystone Bank (then Bank PHB), holding various positions in Banking operations, Treasury, Asset & Liability Management, Trade finance, Financial Institutions & Correspondent banking, Retail & Commercial banking, as well as Internal control

He is tasked with responsibilities of liquidity supply and management, economic and financial analysis, operations processing, as well as investor relations.

Lovelyn currently serves as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at TransAlliance Group. With an LLB in law and over 9 years of extensive experience in banking, legal services, and compliance across diverse sectors, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.

In her capacity, she provides expert legal advice to the Company and its Subsidiaries, as well as the Board of Directors, on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious issues. Additionally, she oversees the crucial task of ensuring corporate compliance with regulatory and statutory laws and regulations.
